Employment Contracts And Well-being Among European Workers

Scholars from across Europe systematically review the research on the possible consequences of temporary employment for individual employees and organizations with the goal of synthesizing it into a single theoretical model. In line with recent developments in work and organizational psychology, they propose the psychological contract as a theoretical framework that is capable of explaining at least part of the results found in the literature.
