Max Taylor is Professor of International Relations and Director of the Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence (CSTPV) at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland. His Principal Research Interests are Terrorism and Political Violence, Internet Crime and Crime Prevention, and Behavioural Criminology. His publications include: The Future of Terrorism (with John Horgan), 2000; Terrorist Lives (with Ethel Quayle), 1994; The Fanatics: A Behavioural Approach to Political Violence, 1991; and The Terrorist, 1988.
