Janette Rallison had a brief but memorable basketball career in Junior High. ?She decided not to pursue basketball as a career, however, after scoring a basket for the opposing team. ?(They really shouldn't switch sides during half time as certain players find this confusing.)? Shortly thereafter Janette took up dance, an activity which takes an equal amount of talent, but has the added advantage of uniforms with sequins.? Besides, no one keeps score at a dance recital.
Ms. Rallison is also the author of Fame, Glory, and Other Things on My To Do List and All’s Fair in Love, War, and High School.? She lives and works in Chandler, Arizona with her husband, five kids, two cats, a dog, and an assortment of lizards that the kids keep dragging inside.
