GLORIA MOSS is Reader in Human Resources at Buckinghamshire New University, UK,and a Visiting Professor at Ecole Superieure de Gestion (ESG), Paris, France. She combines a background in human resources as Training Manager for Courtaulds and Eurotunnel with research into the impact of gender and nationality on leadership, teamwork and design. She is the author of more than thirty peer reviewed journal articles investigating these areas as well as two books, Gender, Design and Marketing (2009) and Profiting from Diversity (2009) which focused on the obstacles to achieving diversity in organizations.
