作者簡介
Giulio Tremonti served multiple terms in the Italian government as Minister of Economy and Finance. He has been a University professor since 1974, and is currently in the Faculty of Law at the University of Pavia, Italy, and President of the Aspen Institute Italia. He has published several books and is a frequent contributor to a variety of European newspapers.
