商品簡介
Arai-Takahashi (international law and international human rights law, U. of Kent, UK) examines the evolution of the rules and principles underpinning the law on belligerent occupation. He conducts a doctrinal appraisal of the principles and guidelines based on investigation of the relevant domestic and international jurisprudence from the 1874 Brussels Declaration onwards and the relevant case law from the World Wars and modern scenarios of armed conflicts and occupation. Within this context, he assesses the relationship of international human rights law and international humanitarian law on the rights of individual persons within the law of occupation.
