ANDRE BROOME is a lecturer in International Political Economy in the Department of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Birmingham, UK. He has published journal articles on the changing role of the International Monetary Fund as well as on the comparative politics of monetary and taxation reform in Australian Journal of International Affairs, Comparative European Politics, Contemporary Politics, Global Society, Journal of International Relations and Development, New Political Economy, Review of International Political Economy, and The Round Table.
