A decade after passage of the ADA, a backlash has grown against disability law and policy implementation; some critics say the law should be rewritten to protect only people with "genuine" disabilities, and others argue that there's little evidence the law has increased workplace participation for people with disabilities. This volume addresses such concerns by examining employment, disability, and implementation of the ADA, with an emphasis on clearing up myths and misconceptions.
