作者簡介
A lawyer and former Marine, William Perry Pendley served in the Reagan administration as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy and Minerals of the Department of Interior, where he played a role in authoring Reagan's environmental policies. Now the president and chief legal officer of Mountain States Legal Foundation, Pendley is immersed in the practicalities of environmental law and understands better than anyone which policies protect both nature and man's freedom and prosperity.
