Helen Hendy, Ph.D. is a research psychologist with over 20 years of experience evaluating school programs to improve children's healthy behaviors. She is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Penn State University, Schuylkill Campus, with over 15 publications on children's feeding behavior and research awards from the Society of Behavioral Medicine.
Keith Williams, Ph.D. is an applied developmental psychologist with over 20 years of experience in hospital treatment of children's feeding problems. He is Director of the Feeding Program at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Penn State College of Medicine with over 30 articles and one book related to children's feeding problems.
Thomas Camise, M.Ed. is the retired Elementary School Principal and Director of Special Education for Schuylkill Haven Area School District, PA. Of his 38 year in the field of education, 32 years were in administrative capacities, and he has published 7 articles on the effectiveness of the Kid's Choice Program.
