孟凡茂（1965-），男，山東日照人，臨沂大學外國語學院副教授，碩士。主要研究方向：應用語言學。發表論文40餘篇，其中6篇刊載在CSSCI期刊上；主持並參與校級及省部級以上課題8項，專著《漢語式主題的句法語義界面研究》一部。
