Michael Carranza has a Master of Science in medical sciences from the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where he concentrated his studies in pharmacology. He later worked as a clinical research assistant, specializing in movement disorders. He is currently a medical student at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida. Madeline R. Snyder is a medical student at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida, and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania as a Ben Franklin Scholar and with Distinction in biology. She is a research support specialist and works on developing grant ideas and protocols for Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. Jessica Davenport Shaw has a Master’s of Public Health in Epidemiology. She is a research support specialist at the University of South Florida’s Morsani College of Medicine Department of Neurology, where she works on developing grant ideas and protocols for Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. Theresa A. Zesiewicz, MD FAAN is a professor of neurology and the director of the Frances J. Zesiewicz Center and Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease at University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Zesiewicz has authored over 100 peer-reviewed articles on movement disorders, and books on Parkinson’s disease.
