商品簡介
Seplocha (literacy and language development, early childhood learning environments and assessment, and research, William Paterson U.) et al. provide a handbook for training teachers on components of literacy in early childhood. The handbook contains 10 three-hour training modules on fostering language development, going beyond open and closed questions, supporting English language learners, phonological and phonemic awareness, creating effective environments, supporting children as writers, and using literacy centers in kindergarten. Other modules link literacy to music, diversity and inclusion, and across the curriculum. These follow an introductory section on the basics and planning of training. A supplementary index lists children's books. Reproducible handouts are included, which are also on the CD-ROM, as well as PowerPoint presentations and overheads.
