商品簡介
Examining how Latin American liberation theology developed from its earliest formulations in the late 1960s to its decade of crisis in the 1990s, political theologian Tombs (reconciliation studies, Trinity College, Dublin) analyzes it as a theological movement, and assesses its contribution to theology during each decade of its existence. The chronological structure of his study emphasizes the importance of contextualizing the movement in time as well as place. Annotation (c) Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
