商品簡介
Henham (law, Nottingham Trent U.) pulls together several themes relative to sentencing in international criminal trials that he has discussed in a number of articles and working papers as part of the International and Comparative Criminal Trial Project. He is primarily concerned with the ideology and legitimacy of international sentencing and its broader significance for the philosophy and sociology of international criminal justice. However, he also considers theoretical and methodological aspects, arguing that the theory, modelling, and method suggested by comparative contextual analysis can illuminate the relationship between normative structures and human agency within the context of trial ideologies and cultures at the global and local levels.
