She has published in top psychology and management journals and books, presented internationally, reviews for and serves on a number of editorial boards, is a coeditor of Purpose and Meaning in the Workplace, published by the American Psychological Association, and is author of Organizational Psychology and Behavior: An Integrated Approach to Understanding the Workplace.
