作者簡介
Teresa M. Thorp is Managing Director and Head of Environmental Law and Policy at Insight International, UK. Her professional career spans 25 years in international trade, investment, environmental law and policy and sustainable development. She has extensive experience as a negotiator and mediator and regularly advises Secretaries of State, permanent secretaries, senior officials, technical working groups and the private sector on trade and environmental issues.
