作者簡介
Tom Baum is Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Strathclyde, UK. His research focuses on tourism in a social, economic and cultural context, especially relating to the international workforce. His recent publications include Tourism and Souvenirs (edited with J. Cave & L. Jolliffe, 2013) and Event Volunteering (edited with K. Smith, L. Lockstone-Binney & K. Holmes, 2014).
Richard Butler is Emeritus Professor of Tourism at the University of Strathclyde, UK and also holds positions at the University of Western Ontario, Canada and NHTV University, Breda, Netherlands. His research interests include tourism destination development, sustainability and tourism in remote locations. He has recently edited Tourism and War (with W. Suntikul, 2013) and Island Tourism - Sustainable Perspectives (with J. Carlsen, 2011).
