Dr. Catherine Athans has dedicated her life to relieving human suffering by teaching people who they really are, and that they are miraculous human beings empowered with the ability to change their lives mentally, emotionally, and physically. She trained with Dr. Meyer Friedman and Dr. Ray Rosenman, who were the leading exponents of the relationship between type a€?Aa€? behavior and heart health. At SRI International in Menlo Park, California, Department of Behavioral Medicine, she researched and studied the interaction between stress and smoking. She also worked for the Center for Research and Disease Prevention, Behavioral Medicine and Department of Psychiatry at Stanford University, where she studied the effects of stress on longevity, weight, intelligence, and the ability to concentrate. Her teachings are true, gentle, and work in the real world to improve daily living and to individuals in achieving their dreams, wishes, and desires.
