David Timothy Duval is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Winnipeg. He is also Honorary Associate Professor in the School of Business at the University of Otago (where he was employed from 2001 to 2010) and a Senior Visiting Fellow in the School of Aviation at the University of New South Wales. Davida€?s main research interests are in the areas of aviation management and international regulatory environments and has published in the areas of aeropolitics, the economics of international aviation emissions and the relationship between regulation and competition in international civil aviation.
