Robert Abbey is Professor of Legal Education and Practice at the University of Westminster and Judge of the First-tier Tribunal. He is the former Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry, and former Chief External Examiner in Property Law and Practice for the Solicitor's Regulation Authority.
Mark Richards is a Solicitor and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster. He was previously a partner in a central London solicitors firm specializing in all aspects of property law.
