Georgeta Rata currently works as an Associate Professor at the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Timisoara, Romania. She holds a BA in French and English and a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Bucharest, Romania. Her main areas of research interest include languages, communication, and education sciences. She is the co-editor of Social Sciences Today: Between Theory and Practice (2010), Academic Days of Timisoara: Social Sciences Today (2011), Applied Social Sciences: Communication Studies (2013), Applied Social Sciences: Economics and Politics (2013), Applied Social Sciences: Philosophy and Theology (2013), Applied Social Sciences: Sociology (2013) and Applied Social Sciences: Social Work (2013). Patricia-Luciana Runcan currently works as a Senior Lecturer at the West University of Timisoara, Romania. She holds a BA in Sociology from the same University, a BA in Law from the Tibiscus University of Timisoara, and a PhD in Sociology from the West University of Timisoara. Her main areas of interest include social work and sociology. She is the author of Social Work: Family and Child (2008), The Case Management Method in Child Protection (2011) and Depression in the Elderly (2013), and the co-editor of Risks and Opportunities in the Romanian Social Work System (2011), Applied Social Sciences: Sociology (2013), Applied Social Sciences: Social Work (2013), Applied Social Sciences: Communication Studies (2013), Applied Social Sciences: Economics and Politics (2013) and Applied Social Sciences: Philosophy and Theology (2013). Hasan Arslan currently works as an Associate Professor at the Onsekiz Mart University of Canakkale, Turkey. He holds a BA in Educational Administration and Supervision from Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey, an MA in Educational Administration and a PhD in Higher Education from the American University of Washington, DC, USA. His research interests include educational administration, student leadership, multicultural education, and higher education policy. He is the author of Turkish Educational System and School Administration (2010) and Class Management (2011).
