The third and final volume to report on the joint Greek- American excavation of these two Minoan coastal sites at Mochlos contains a catalog of the small finds, including man-made works in metal, ceramic, stone, bone, and shell and ecofacts of mineral, fauna, and flora. In addition, there is a lengthy chapter on a partially preserved carved stone cup, the Mochlos Ship Cup. The works are catalogued and presented systematically by type, with references to the b&w plates and drawings and cross-referenced to the previous two volumes (devoted to stratigraphy, architecture, and function; and pottery). Along with the reports are analytical essays on topics that include copper sources in the Bronze Age eastern Mediterranean; tools, tool production, and tool use; and a summary by Soles (U.
