作者簡介
Lourdes M. Rosado, of Philadelphia, PA., is the Associate Director at the Juvenile Law Center which she joined in 1998 after completing the E. Barrett Prettyman Fellowship in Juvenile Justice at Georgetown University Law Center. As a Prettyman Fellow, Ms. Rosado represented juveniles in delinquency proceedings in the District of Columbia Superior Court, and taught trial advocacy and criminal procedure to third-year law students.
