Creso M. Sa is Academic Director, Graduate Education and Associate Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. His previous book Tapping the Riches of Science: Universities and the Promise of Economic Growth (co-authored with Roger L. Geiger) was published by Harvard University Press in 2009.
Andrew Kretz is a PhD candidate in higher education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto.
