Madinah F. Hamidullah is an assistant professor and director of Undergraduate Programs in the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University-Newark, USA. Her current research interests include diversity, generational differences, and public service motivation. Dr. Hamidullah teaches in the Master of Public Administration and the Undergraduate Program in Public and Nonprofit Administration. She teaches courses in Public Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management and Service Learning. She received her PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Georgia, USA.
