This Research Guide to Instruments of European Regional Organizations is the product of years of teaching experience in methodology of law in the capital of Europe, namely at the Law Faculty of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. 作者簡介
Frederic Eggermont graduated in Law in 2003 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel magna cum laude. The following year he obtained a Fulbright scholarship with an Honorary LL.M. at the Dean Rusk Center for International Law and Policy at the University of Georgia School of Law. After his studies, he dedicated himself as a PhD assistant?at the VUB to writing a PhD in European law that he has defended in 2011.
Frederic Eggermont is a Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, as well as consellor in the Council of State. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the ”Rechtskundig Weekblad” and the “Journal voor bestuurswetenschappen en Publiekrecht”.
Stefaan Smis is Professor at the Department of International and European Law of the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Reader at the School of Law of the University of Westminster.
