商品簡介
This is a ground-breaking volume that will help coaches, sport directors, parents, and educators think about their sport in a new way. Containg examples of "Sport System reDesign" in current youth sport enterprises from around the globe, the authors provide a toolkit for anyone involved in youth sport to be able to analyze their own situation, think about their challenges and goals, and then create strategies for making small changes that will have a big impact. By making explicit how competition could be fruitfully re-designed, through thoughtful, incremental changes, this volume will help attain the sorts of outcomes that those invested would like to see emerge from youth sport.
