Patricia M. Smith, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, and an Affiliated Scientist with the Centre for Behavioural Research and Program Evaluation of the Canadian Cancer Society/National Cancer Institute of Canada.
C. Barr Taylor, M.D., is Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he serves as Director of the Laboratory for the Study of Behavioral Medicine and Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Director.
