Greg Kennedy is Professor of Strategic Foreign Policy, and the Director of the Corbett Centre for Maritime Policy Studies, at the Defence Studies Department, Kinga€?s College London, based at the Joint Services Command and Staff College in Shrivenham. Harsh V Pant is Professor of International Relations in Defence Studies Department and the India Institute at Kinga€?s College London. He is also an Associate at the Center for Science and Security Studies and an Adjunct Fellow with the Wadhwani Chair in US-India Policy Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington, DC.
