David Jaggar, formerly Deputy Director of the School of the Built Environment, Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool. His research interests include construction economics, design management, and construction procurement. He was the co-founder and Joint Chair of CIB-W92, Construction Procurement and serves on editorial boards of several international journals. This book complements his earlier works,Design and the Economics of Building and Building Design Cost Management.

Peter Love is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and John Curtin Distinguished Professor in the School of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Curtin University. He holds a Higher Doctorate of Science for his contributions to the field of Civil Engineering and his research interests include construction and engineering economics infrastructure management, and information systems evaluation. He has published in excess of 600 referred journal and conference papers.

Oluwole Alfred Olatunji is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Lecturer in Construction Management in Curtin University. His research interests include building information modelling, construction economics and construction engineering. He is on the Editorial Panel of leading construction management journals.
