Wouters, Marx, Geraets, and Natens present readers with a collection of multidisciplinary perspectives on contemporary EU trade policies and their intended impacts on commerce, sustainability, social justice issues, and other areas of public policy and governance. The editors have organized the fourteen contributions that make up the main body of the text in three parts devoted to defining governance through trade, exporting social and environmental compliance through bilateral conditional market access, and exporting social and environmental compliance through unilateral conditional market access.
