Andrew King is Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Surrey.
Ana Cristina Santos is Senior Researcher at the Centre for Social Studies, University of Coimbra, and Honorary Research Fellow at the Birkbeck Institute for Social Research, University of London.
Isabel Crowhurst is Lecturer in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Kingston University.
