huac University, Mexico. She is Vicepresident of FUNSIME (Obesity, Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome Foundation) a non-lucrative association in Mexico. Her main clinical activity is at Medica Sur Hospital in Mexico managing patients with obesity, chronic diseases, cancer, and malnutrition. She is speaker for nutritional laboratories and she organizes medical-nutritional congresses to increase medicine students interest on nutrition concerns.
