James (Jim) Gosdin is Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Chief Underwriting Counsel and Chief Reinsurance Counsel at Stewart Title Guaranty Company in Houston, TX. Gosdin underwrites title insurance transactions throughout the U.S., reinsurance transactions and international transactions, and is a member of the American Land Title AssociationR (ALTAR) Forms Committee, a member of the ALTA Liaison Committee with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and also serves on the ALTA Reinsurance Committee, as well as the By-laws and State Legislative and Regulatory Action Committees.
