本計畫範圍包含花蓮溪主流1條、支流10條，已完成堤防護岸測量調查共174公里(詳見表2-16)、水閘門調查32座(詳見表2-17~18)及花蓮大橋上下游共233公頃之地形圖修測(花蓮溪上游左岸糖廠堤防以西、右岸農場堤防以東滯洪囚砂區約106公頃，光復溪右岸大全一號堤防以東滯洪囚砂區約20公頃，南清水溪兩岸滯洪囚砂區約37公頃及花蓮大橋上、下游重點處約70公頃)。此外，本計畫整合歷年的航照圖資、河川水系、地籍資料、堤防縱斷面圖等成果，配合水利署所採購之Google Earth Enterprise系統，建置3D GIS展示平台，展現互動式的資料系統。
The surveillance area contained of confluence from Hualien River 1 mainstream and 10 tributary streams have completed total 174km of measurement survey at embankment revetment (Table 2-16), 32 gates of water gate surveillance (Table 2-17~18) and up to down streams of Hualien bridge total 233 hectare of topographic map revision (West up stream bank of the left embankment of the sugar factory at Hualien river, right bank embankment farm and east of detention of illegalize sand area about 106 hectare, right bank embankment index number 1 of Guangfu River and east of detention of illegalize sand area about 20 hectare, both sides of south Chingshui river detention of illegalize sand area about 37 hectare and up to down main stream of Hualien bridge area about 70 hectare). In addition, this plan integrates with past year’s aerial photographs, river water system, cadastral information, cross-section map of embankment results, coordinate with Google Earth Enterprise with procured Water Resources Agency to build 3D GIS showcase to show interactive information systems.
