本計畫配合政府機關及學校四省專案計畫推動，彙整政府機關、公立學校暨國營事業用水量分析因今年初台灣遭遇67年以來最嚴重旱災，行政院推動機關學校部隊帶頭節水常態化，於104年5月28日核定獎懲原則，為避免同時有2套評分考核規則同時進行，水利署決定暫停辦理評比活動，同時清查機關學校用水設備有無省水標章，並要求各機關學校汰換無省水標章之用水設備。另根據水利署於104年5月29日公告修正之「經濟部水利署表揚節約用水績優單位及節水達人實施要點」，辦理104年節水績優選拔活動相關工作。
This program manage related activities about water conservation outstanding performance selection contest for institutes, schools, business and industries in 2015. Due to Taiwan area encountered very severely drought since 67 years during the earlier period this year. In order to promote the water-saving normalization in institutes, schools and militaries, the Executive Yuan approved the principles of prize and punishment on May 28, 2015. In order to avoid two kinds of evaluation and grading standard at the same time, the Water Resource Agency decided to pause temporally the management of water competition activities. At the same time, all the sanitary equipment of non-Water Conservation Mark were invented thoroughly and required to replace by Water Conservation Mark products. In addition, the Water Resource Agency announced the revised edition of regulative points of outstanding units and persons in water-saving achievement on May 29, 2015 to manage selective activities.
