作者簡介
Klaus Bosselmann is Professor of Law and Director of the New Zealand Centre for Environmental Law, University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is Chair of the Ethics Specialist Group of the IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law and Co-Chair of the Global Ecological Integrity Group. Professor Bosselmann has published over 25 books in the area of international environmental law, environmental constitutionalism and political ecology.
