Hicks, PhD, is a clinical professor of organizational behavior at the University of Texas at Dallas and founding director of the executive and professional coaching program?at the Naveen Jindal School of Management. Dr. Hicks is also a licensed psychologist and holds an appointment as faculty associate in the department of psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He has over three decades’ experience coaching executives across a variety of industries.
