Rozenes and Cohen present research closely related and partly based on Service Dominant Logic (SDL), which presents a framework that pivots around the customer experience and revolves around co-creation of value. In SDL the customer becomes a co-creator of value. This emphasizes the development of customer-supplier relationships through interaction and dialog.
