Dr Rita Parker is a Visiting Fellow at the UNSW Canberra and former senior policy advisor to Australian Federal and State governments.? She specializes in transnational challenges to security and resilience, and her work has been published in Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.
