作者簡介
Thomas A. Lipo, PhD is an Emeritus Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also a Research Professor at Florida State University. He has published over 700 technical papers as well as 52 patents, 5 books, and 8 book chapters. Dr. Lipo is a Life Fellow of IEEE, and recipient of the IEEE Medal in Power Engineering.?
