A top-ranked executive trainer, speaker, and business columnist, Patrick has been an instructor with Dale Carnegie Training for 19 years, and as a member of the National Speakers Association, has conducted over 1,400 keynotes and training meetings for businesses, associations, government agencies and community groups. He writes a weekly column on sales, selling, and sales management for the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal and a weekly blog for Lendio.com. Patrick has three sons, and lives in Richmond, Virginia.

He serves on the board of numerous corporate, philanthropic and civic organizations.
