David Colley is Chair of SEBDA and Senior Lecturer in SEN/Inclusion at Oxford Brookes University where he leads National SEN Coordination Award in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Paul Cooper is Emeritus Professor of Social-Emotional Learning/Inclusion at Brunel University, and Visiting Professor at the University of Malta.
