She is a graduate of the prestigious National Hispana Leadership Institute (NHLI) program, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Denver. She received her mediation training from the Colorado Council of Mediators and the Colorado Bar Association. In addition, Elizabeth is a certified MBTI practitioner, and she has spent many years mentoring Latina professionals and serving on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations. She lives in Colorado with her husband and daughter.
