According to the Covarrubias (U. of Washington), this study looks at patterns of pronominal workplace interaction by examining the "uses of pronominal markers by some Mexican workers to communicate their individual and communitary singularity" and by addressing "key alternative pronominal strategies Mexican organizational members exploit to align themselves in relation to other members."
