作者簡介
Damon Powell is an aspiring writer who resides in the Ventura, California area. Damon was born in 1969 and grew up in the East Bay Area of Northern California. He is a husband of 17 years and a father of two. Damon's first published book, Alpha-Beta Bronson Making of a Super Hero was inspired by the imaginative campfire stories told on family vacations in the late 1970s. Damon believes that family is important above all else and building a solid foundation of strong character, moral values, and education, is of paramount importance for children and young adults. Many of the themes in Damon's writings manifest these ideas. Having a unwavering positive attitude in life is something Damon strives to achieve every day, with the idea in mind that anything can be accomplished through a positive mindset, dedication, grateful attitude, and believing in yourself. Surfing culture and the ocean lifestyle are built into many elements of Damon's writings. Damon is an accomplished surfer with over 30 years of surfing experience including avid surfing near his home and expeditions to exotic surf locations such as Mexico and Indonesia. Damon also graduated from the University of Hawaii where he was fortunate enough to surf all over the Hawaiian Islands.
