Bruce began developing his successful anti-bullying tools and techniques while serving as a music educator and school district administrator. He published a book and workbook consisting of fifteen courses to help people learn how to get along with themselves and people around them. For several years Mr. Brummond instructed the fifteen courses from his book and workbook to help organizations minimize conflict and maximize teamwork. Through the magic of technology he transformed the fifteen courses to online learning experiences to share with the world. He used his decades of educational experience and the online course technology to develop an epic methodology to minimize bullying. Bruce and his wife Mary Ann, a retired college administrator, have two adult children and several grandchildren. They are involved with outdoor sports activities and world travel. Hundreds of lessons and photos in the courses depict their family's professional and personal real life experiences.
