商品簡介
In poems that focus on Greece, George Kalogeris offers reminiscences from a displaced person, a historical look at the country, and at lessons from ancient history. Kalogeris’ tone is warm and intimate and includes personal poems about his family, as well as poems on historic figures (Antigone and Odysseus) and modern ones (Aristotle Onassis and baseball player Harry Agganis).
