Paul McGregor is a mental health advocate, author and Founder of a Men's Fashion Magazine. In 2009, Paul lost his Dad to suicide. It came as a shock to all as there were no warning signs, and at at 19, Paul personally struggled to deal with it. He overworked, chased“success” and distracted himself from the grief. So shortly after his Dad's suicide, Paul too found himself in a dark place, suffering with depression and fearing he'd follow in his Dad's footsteps.
Luckily he found a way to recovery, and now runs a successful online men's fashion magazine. Paul has also been featured on GQ and The Huffington Post and creates daily content spreading awareness around mental health. Paul is a strong believer that we shouldn't be ashamed of our stories, we should let them inspire others. He's also married to his wonderful wife Amy, has two lovely children, but is still terrible at DIY.
